  • Implementation and deployment for Uchumi Tanzania Loyalty System, 12/01/11, This was an enterprise loyalty system project for Uchumi Tanzania, aimed at rewarding customers for their loyalty support to the business. I worked with a multi-discipline team to implement this project. The project brought unprecedented value to the business by enhancing customer increase and retention, sales increase through an encouraged repeat business with the card and enabled the company grow to new markets.
  • Gift card system deployment in Uchumi Kenya, 06/01/12, This was a very innovative and creative project for Uchumi. It was of its kind in the Kenya's retail market. I worked with a disciplined team for its implementation. The project has brought an exceptional value that has built our brand, attracted new customers and encouraged repeat business. It reduced cash refunds and increased revenue for the company.
