I analyze project proposals presented by different youths from around the world who are seeking funding. These proposals are based on the Strategic Development Goals (SDGs)

After carefully assessing the proposals, I, along with my fellow youth panelists, recommend the ones we've deemed viable for funding by the organization.

• Planned and delivered effective programs for teenagers to help reduce issues, including smoking, drinking, drugs, violence and bullying
• Offered key emotional support to special needs youth
• Provided support, mentorship and guidance to young people through counselling sessions
• Safely stored client records in, in compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations.

• Gained a broader understanding of human behavior and social challenges present in the society
• Assisted clients with resolving diverse issues, providing advice and referrals for community and self-help agencies
• Managed patient caseloads to address social work assessments, crisis intervention and care planning
• Facilitated group counselling sessions, encouraging group members to share experiences and offer mutual support for enhanced wellbeing
• Raised awareness of key issues involved in working with people from diverse ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
• Worked with young people and adults, addressing risks of exploitation with specific focus on mental health.
