  • Wound healing project: Assisted in labelling and creating incisions on the tail of the different non-human primates Papio anubis, Chlorocebus aethiops and Cercopithecus mitis.
  • Monitored the wound healing period and assisted in measuring the wound length
  • Rotavirus project: Performing ELISA on the faecal samples and running gel electrophoresis

My primary research focus is on Non-Communicable diseases (NCD), particularly those associated with metabolic disorders I also have expertise in bioinformatics approaches/computational biology for understanding the biological systems in the body, especially the interactions between genetics that occur during the pathogenesis of obesity
