Statement of Work

Assist the Company Operations Director in the management of the day-to-day operations activity of Planate Management Group.

Key duties

  • Helping the Ops Director with formulating policies, and recovery plans, managing daily operations, and planning the use of resources.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and recourses as needed.
  • Lead project management software of Procore.
  • Support PMs and other users on Procore technical-related tasks.
  • Monitor all projects in Procore (Schedule, work progress, and other related tasks) and help PMs and other related divisions to generate progress and summary reports for the management of the company.
  • Make sure the project schedule, Action Plan, QC Plan, Safety Plan, and other necessary documents and created and used by PMs and uploaded to Procore.
  • Present Projects status to the company Management using Procore dashboards on the monthly Ops meetings with divisions.
  • Assist and contribute to the facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing in the project team and ensure proper capacity building and training activities are scheduled for all implementation staff for building up capacities.
  • Provide intensive Procore training and walkthroughs to the new users.
  • Monitor and control projects work.
  • Coordinate the recovery plans when needed with the responsible PMs.
  • Coordinate with the PMs and make sure all subcontract works and commitments of the projects are documented and recorded to Procore, and all payments are recorded.
  • Identify the project critical paths on any stage of the project implementation.
  • Detail awareness, reading, and controlling the project SOW and contract.
  • Prepare projects related reports and present them to the Management in coordination with the Director of Operations.
  • Provide help and support to all divisions on the use of Procore and other Operations related tasks.

Provide support in the development of winning proposals, and statements of qualifications, and assist with the interview preparation/presentations. Manage the full proposal development cycle and ensure that the content meets the compliance criteria requirements.
