Summary

A Certified Clinician and Public Health Specialist with a solid background spanning over 17 years. I bring with me a wealth of technical expertise in diseases of public health concern that extends across HIV, Malaria, and Tuberculosis clinical and programming work with integration of infectious diseases activities at facility and policy levels. I have been instrumental in strengthening healthcare systems, building capacity and supporting national governments to formulate key policies and guidelines, while assisting sub-national units such as counties to enhance their planning, management and financing of quality health services to meet local needs. My innate ability to effectively communicate with multinational and multicultural key stakeholders, implementation partners, INGO’s and Ministry of Health has been the driving force in enhancing program implementation efforts. Additionally, my collaboration with multiple health organizations combined with my experience within USAID positions me as an asset of value in strengthening health systems while establishing quality public health policies and program implementation efforts.
