  • Testified in court as a representative of the company in Old Mutual General Insurance Kenya Limited v Board of Directors, Oder Boys Boarding Special School (Civil Case E003 of 2023) [2024] KEHC 9895 (KLR) (8 August 2024) where the learned Lady Justice Aburili found in the favour of the Plaintiff. The defendants lacked the appropriate insurance coverage to protect non-student and non-employee passengers in the event of an accident involving the school bus.
