Introduced and championed “focused grading” that successfully ensured that only beans that conform to the required quality are snipped

Elimination of a subsequent step “inspection” hence reducing labor considerably
No trimming to dispose, hence reducing snipping cost
Introduction of knife trimming in place of hand snipping This reduced the snipping cost as well as increasing the output
Suggested introduction of grading at the farms to reduce transportation of unnecessary materials which considerably reduced transportation cost as well as grading cost in the factory
