RECEIVING DEPARTMENT

• Receiving of items from suppliers.
• Confirmation of items vs LPO and invoices : Batch, Expiry ,Quantity, Temperature and price rate.
• Compare each item with the LPO to generate of GRN ( Goods Received Note ).
• Generate GRN and ensure that the amount in the LPO matches with the one in the invoice.
• Transition of items to storage department accompanied by GRN.
• Compiling of invoices and sent to finance department.

STORAGE DEPARTMENT

• Verification of orders received from receiving team as per GRN.
• Retrieval of Orders as per FEFO, FIFO and physical vs order sheet.
• Submission of physical order with order sheet to dispatch team.
• Monitoring of stock out items and reporting to General Manager.
• Managing drugs in DDA.
• Managing cold chain commodities.
• Temperature control of rooms.
• Arranging and labeling commodities in the storage section following the Good Storage Practices.
• Participate in monthly stock take.
• Safe storage of goods for dispatch and safety.
• Ensure TAT of 24hrs in dispatch of orders.
• Communication to and from medical centers on any arising issues.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the General Manager and/or deputy managers in the warehouse.

DISPATCH DEPARTMENT

• Retrieval of orders from storage department.
• Input of orders into the systems retrieved so as to generate a Delivery note.
• Generation of Delivery note
• Second Verification of the retrieved order against the Delivery Note.
• Sign off Delivery note by verifier, Dispatch manager and General Manager.
• Packaging of orders.
