• Manage and coordinate overall duties of the organization. As a head of the organization oversee strategic management and policy implementation and thus the overall duties of the organization.

• Ensure that project activities were implemented as indicated in the schedule. Facilitated coordination and networking forums with key county stakeholders and partners on joint engagement and implementation of the project activities. The forums engaged key both the peace and security actors in the county. Coordinate project review and feedback meetings design to determine project outcome during the planned period.

Undertake direct implementation of the project activities as an officer in charge. Writes and shares both quarterly, monthly and activity reports with partners, donors and government agencies. Develop monthly activity work plans and schedules as well as project budgets.

• Coordinates design, implementation and monitoring of programme activities and policy development with specific tasks being to oversee operation of the organization. Link activities and functions of the organization with other like –minded organizations from within and without. Thus, spearheaded coordination and networking of and between agencies working and operating in the region.

• Facilitated development of committee operating manuals and policies, coordinated activities and functions of the committee, compiled and shared activity monthly reports. Thus, wrote proposals and documents -responsible for final reporting of the committee to donor agencies.

• Coordinate and supervisor civic education activities of three districts for a period of 12 months. The project was implemented in collaboration with other community based organization based at each of the three districts. Wrote and shared activity reports with a funding agency. The project was funded by Center for Minority Rights Development (CEMIRID).

• Coordinate and oversee implementation of a cross border peace project, which lasted for a period of one year. Developed activity work plans and schedule as indicated in the project design. Wrote and shared activity reports and facilitated project review and planning meetings on quarterly basis.
