• The overall purpose of this job was to supervise staff on shift, who are carrying out water chemistry operations of the COGEN plant so that all set operational and analytical process parameters are always met. This is to ensure that the heat exchange and other surfaces in the boiler, reverse osmosis plant, steam turbines and cooling towers are always kept in a clean and optimum condition without scaling, fouling or corrosion on the plant equipments for continuous and efficient operations.

Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support quality assurance activities including sample collection, testing, and documentation in line with ISO and UNBS standards.
Participate in daily production planning and contribute to achieving production targets.
Identify and report process deviations, machine faults, or quality issues to supervisors.
Assist in implementing continuous improvement projects related to product quality, process efficiency, or waste reduction.
Maintain records of production data, quality checks, and preventive maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, warehouse, quality) to ensure smooth operations.
Learn and adhere to company policies on hygiene, safety, and environmental compliance.
