  • Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.

  • The S&I team in conjunction with the ICT team, were in the initial stages of creating two valuable systems to the company. A Supply Chain Management System(SCM) to help streamline the company’s operations straight from production to sales, and a Business Insight System(BI) to help with forecasting and real-time insight on the status of the company.
  • Moving client and distributor data from spreadsheets to a new and available CRM system, developed by the S&I team.
  • Boosted accountability and growth by enhancing processes based on performance reporting, benchmarks and objectives.

  • Successfully initiated and implemented a Customer Relationship Management System after identifying a problem with the conversion of potential clients to actual clients by the sales team. The system changed the existing processes to improve the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of customer service department with the goal of generating more revenue.
  • Monitored website traffic and pulled Google Analytics to provide data to marketing staff for evaluation. I was also responsible for updating and maintaining the company website, with the aim of turning it into a functioning marketing tool.
  • As part of the Business Operations department, I distributed weekly market commentaries to over 1500 recipients via the Google mail merge Platform and reconciled client accounts. I sent out portfolio appraisals and statements to these clients every month.
  • Created appropriate documentation for members of the board and senior leadership before meetings. Composed internal memos and external correspondence for senior management, and reviewed all documentation to eliminate errors.
  • Arranged domestic and international travel plans and itineraries, including flight, car service and restaurant reservations for the MD and top managers.
  • After a few months of in-house training, I served as a Portfolio Assistant to the Asset managers, my roles were; communicating market developments, portfolio changes and annual performance information to clients, recommending investment strategies to meet client financial objectives, consulting with potential investors to assess objectives and discuss optimal strategies, investigating market changes and devising approaches to take advantage of emerging opportunities and correspondence with stock brokers and trustees weekly.
