A versatile, accomplished Public Administrator with over 17 years of experience working in the Kenya Police as well as the Private Sector with proven expertise in managing security operations and safety, personnel management, administration and management. I have demonstrated ability to streamline operations and security/Administration, conducting investigations and developing and revising compliance-related best practices. Aside from this, I am adept in devising and implementing core security strategies to ward off dangers and potential threats to people, ability to monitor and supervise activities within assigned areas, conducting security analysis, whilst effectively providing an objective overview of security trends and issues and providing advice to the management on all the decisions to be made touching on safety and security. The experience acquired has exposed me to skills in, leadership, training and managing personnel management and performance management.
