- I am in charge of receiving calls from the patients and clients concerning any enquiries and complaints to the services being offered and sending response to the respective person's via calls or emails, relaying patients information to the respective department, booking of patients appointment with the doctor, directing patients to the respective department and keeping patients history records in the company system
- Finally I do manage financial records by printing of receipts for the patients and receipting them down and lastly keeping cheques

- As a volunteer social worker, I was in charge of gift disbursement to beneficiaries this included communicating with the caregivers on the date to buy the gifts, filling the gift forms, going to buy the gifts with the beneficiaries, taking photos of the gift bought and uploading the pictures and forms of the gift bought for respective beneficiaries to the organizations system and ensured that the gifts are not overdue
- I carried out home visits to the beneficiaries homes where by I would assess the beneficiaries wellbeing and carry out community health by ensuring home cleanliness, kitchen garden is well kept and latrines are in each homestead and finally uploading the home visit forms into the system and write a report on the home visits carried out
- In this role, I have been able to develop communication skills as well as finding solutions to emerging problems within the community
- My abilities in report writing, resource disbursement, time management, adaptability, and writing have all increased
- I'm experienced in researching, resulting in experience in consulting a variety of information sources and evaluating, organizing, and analyzing
- I have also made achievements through initiating programs such as monitoring of children attitude and behavior change through creating emotional awareness
- I helped in carrying out school visits to follow up on beneficiaries' academic performance

- I would assist with Saturday Programme at the organization by offering spiritual and cognitive teaching to the beneficiaries, being in charge of beneficiaries soft talent Programme where I monitor the talents of each beneficiary, assisting the beneficiaries to write letters to their well-wishers and finally monitoring the beneficiaries learning habits at the organization library
- Volunteer to perform beneficiaries follow-ups at home and school, taking beneficiaries for medication and checkups when need arises
- I was able to come up with a social enterprise for the organization to generate local funds for the organization and created empowerment to the community, The main aim of this enterprise was to prevent the over dependency of funds from the donors and enable the organization to have its local funds
- I was also in charge of taking inventory records, keeping of receipt books and writing of cheques
- Through this I acquired accountancy skills
