- Responsible for the Life businesses in Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan and was also responsible for the Unit Trust Business in Kenya for 2 Years (2015-2017)
- Oversaw the merger of the two life companies in Kenya (old Mutual Life and UAP Life) after the acquisition of UAP by Old Mutual in 2015 and turned around the East Africa life businesses into profitability, mainly in Kenya and Uganda
- Also led the strategy review to create the growth blueprint into the future for the business units under my portfolio
- Successfully fixed the control breaks in the Uganda Life Business and streamlined the product portfolio in line with the strategic focus
