  • With the use of control tools such as Fuel Request Tracker (FRT) and Fuel Quote Tracker (FQT), I ensure achieving optimum utilization of fuel on flights through selecting favourable and reliable fuel supplier on non-contracted locations to directly maximize on revenues generated on each operation
  • Responsible for handling fuel request for Qatar Amiri, Qatar Executive, QR Cargo and QR Commercial to maintain operational effectiveness

  • We have valid fuel supplier contracts in outstations
  • For non-contracted locations, that we have quotes for the operation before awarding to favourable and reliable supplier
  • Fuel requests in outstations are arranged well in advance before operation
  • In case of any emergencies ie flight diversions, effectively coordinate with the concerned operator and contracted supplier at the location to ensure availability of fuel with minimal ground time
  • Following disruption and/or incident that may occur within the network due to fuelling, provide viable solutions in compliance with set guidelines to ensure smooth operations and generate information that the business can rely on in the case of any investigation or Management reports
  • Generating QR Flight Schedules at the beginning of each month and dispatching to Suppliers for prior planning in terms of fuel requirements in the different locations across QR Network
  • Monitoring and investigating QR flight delays on a daily basis and hence tabling feedback in order to put in place measures to avoid recurrence
