· Led the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the "Towards Ending Drought Emergencies (TWENDE)" Project, covering 11 arid and semi-arid counties. The project was funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and implemented through IUCN, focusing on climate resilience, sustainable land management, and drought mitigation.

· Oversaw the monitoring and evaluation of the Dryland Climate Action for Community Drought Resilience Programme (DCADR)—a €18 million, 4-year climate resilience initiative co-funded by the European Union and the Government of Kenya. Designed and implemented M&E frameworks, indicators, and tools to track progress, outcomes, and sustainability.

· Played a key role in the implementation and M&E of the Hunger Safety Net Programme (HSNP)—a KES 5 billion social protection programme funded by the World Bank and implemented by NDMA in eight of Kenya’s poorest and most drought-prone counties. Facilitated data collection, impact assessments, and adaptive learning for improved targeting and delivery of cash transfers.

· Developed performance monitoring plans (PMPs), logical frameworks and data quality assurance mechanisms across all projects.

· Establish and maintain an effective Management Information System (MIS) to track all activities, monitor results, and capture lessons learned.

· Monitoring and evaluating the Authority's plans and carry out impact assessments for all drought management interventions spearheaded under the Authority.

· Providing technical assistance to the Authority to develop comprehensive monitoring and evaluation guidelines and systems.

· Carrying out training on National and County level to assist with the implementation of the Authority's M&E systems.

· Development of mid-term and end-evaluations for projects and initiatives within the authority as well as for projects implemented by development partners.
