Summary

I'm a dynamic hospitality officer with a vast knowledge and fifteen (15) years of experience in organizing and managing accommodation facilities, conferencing and seminar areas, food production and service areas, public areas, housekeeping and laundry services. This requires that I closely monitor compliance to health and safety environmental regulations in the provision of high standard hospitality services.

Skilled in consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding guests' expectations. I address customers needs as soon as they are presented and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys. I have a proven track record at Kenya School of Government, excelling in process improvements, while mentoring staff to achieve professional growth. This is attested by my performance record in PAS evaluations throughout the years and by industrial attachments reports.

Adept at implementing strategies that align with the School's goals and known for adaptability and reliability in dynamic settings, ensuring seamless team operations. Currently undertaking a Masters programme in Business Administration-Strategic Management Option and writing my proposal.
