Accomplishments

  • Used Microsoft Excel to Maintained travel expenditures, ensuring all associated costs were documented.

• Reconcile monthly financial reports to balance the travel ledger. which was used for tracking travel expenditures for activities

  • I have worked collaboratively with stakeholders outside my immediate team and organization to achieve positive outcomes. For example, I successfully coordinated with the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to facilitate the opening of a diplomatic account for our company, enabling us to transact efficiently with NTSA and streamline our operational processes.
  • I was once required to make a series of decisions with limited information when our team encountered challenges registering vehicles with the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA). At the time, the existing NTSA platform restricted access for non-citizens, and British auxiliary staff were exempt from most NTSA transactions except for applying for Alien ID cards. This created an operational gap, as staff were automatically classified as visitors and therefore unable to access NTSA services.

To gather more information, I consulted directly with NTSA officials, reviewed system access requirements, and engaged internal stakeholders to understand the specific limitations affecting our team. Through these discussions, I identified that obtaining Alien ID cards was the only viable pathway to enable staff to be recognized as residents rather than visitors, allowing them to open NTSA eCitizen accounts.

Based on this information, I introduced the use of Alien ID cards within the team and coordinated the application process. This decision enabled affected staff to successfully register their vehicles and complete NTSA transactions without further delays.

The overall impact was improved compliance, reduced processing time, and uninterrupted operations. It also provided a sustainable solution for future staff facing similar challenges, demonstrating effective decision-making under uncertainty and proactive problem-solving.
