• Ensure the vendor fill all the KYC details during onboarding process
• Work with different departments to ensure processes are easy flowing.
• Analyze vendor performance and send weekly reports and advice how best to recover monies from vendors with negative balances and how best to reduce returns.
• Calculate Vendor daily shipping speeds and Drop Shipping Rewards for vendors who ship within 24 hours.
• Conducting and creating materials for Focus groups and Vendor educational training (PowerPoint).
• Visiting the Vendor Hubs to ensure easy flow and check on weather posters and Vendor educational material is up to date.
• Training teams on the operations processes.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward vendors at all times.
• Responding promptly to vendor inquiries.
• Communicating with vendors through various channels (phone, email, social media
• Acknowledging and resolving vendor complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Vendor Experience process.
• Account Reconciliation
