  • Enabled Absa Bank to hold a virtual AGM, becoming the first listed bank to do so in Kenya.
  • Digitized the Absa Board resulting in board meeting efficiencies.
  • Enabled the IT Team to work remotely, hence introducing Flexi hours. This ensured that the IT team was able to operate upto 80% from home during the first month of COVID in Kenya.
  • Designed and Implemented the Absa Infrastructure Transformation Program, resulting in a GREEN Audit of the Infrastructure.
  • Introduced Real-Time Monitoring of the Network, Servers and Data Centre Components, resulting in about 12% increased service availability.
  • Proposed review and Implemented a company-wide shuttle transport to replace Taxi usage, resulting in a 40% reduction in staff transport and improving movement between campuses.
