• Execution of the Strategic Partnerships and engagement plan for M4H to deliver results-based
  partnerships in line with M4H KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with (Mobile Network Operators, relevant private sector actors, UN/Humanitarian agencies, and NGOs) in priority countries to identify and catalyse strategic
  opportunities to develop and enable initiatives that align with the programme's core objectives.
• Lead engagements to work with mobile operators as they develop commercially sustainable business
  models for humanitarian-related mobile services.
• Deliver convening's that provide platforms for ideation and dissemination of information for both
  Mobile network operators and Humanitarian organisations .

Provided oversight and execution of Safaricom & M-Pesa Foundations strategic programmes implementation including management of the Monitoring and Evaluation portfolio.

• Led and managed the Implementation of multi-County Education programmes i.e Early childhood education, Literacy, and Numeracy programme for lower primary and Technical and vocational projects.

• Revamped the Monitoring and Evaluation portfolio to focus on data analytics, information management, and reporting that supports board decisions as well as database automation.

• Pioneered and enhanced collaboration, convergence, and leveraged opportunities across multiple Corporate Foundations initiatives, while also ensuring alignment and integration with the broader sector architecture and strategies that led to the formation of Corporate Entities Forum.

• Led and facilitated the adoption of ISO 26000 on Corporate Social Responsibility across the two Foundations and its external partners and ensured annual internal and external audits were conducted.

• Managed the Foundations digital platforms, curated content for the Foundations Annual reports and Magazines.

• Managed Greater western and Nairobi regions portfolio consisting of a range of projects and programmes along four thematic areas, health, education, economic empowerment, and Water primarily across the seven counties in Kenya.

• Led and facilitated processes necessary for scaling and sustaining proven innovation for literacy and Numeracy through the use Teaching at the Right Level methodology in Accelerated Learning Programme.

• Active participation in the planning and implementation of the Foundations Strategic plans.

• Provided technical support for all internal ISO 26000 Corporate Responsibility Internal Audit training.

I made it my mission to deliver key data, insights and metrics to Safaricom and M-PESA Foundations to guide all decisions and identification of new opportunities.

• Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and program/project design.

• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities by preparing the right reporting tools and train the management on how to report using the tools

• Monitor performance of programmes based on set targets and ensure there are quality control plans to identify improvements.
