- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Assist in the implementation and testing of disaster recovery procedures. Ensure systems are backed up and data recovery processes are efficient and effective.
- Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT help desk, network, systems, and security teams to ensure the integrity, performance, and security of all infrastructure systems.
