  • Principal Consultant, International Development Team, AECOM, UK, Jan 2018 - May 2019, At AECOM I bid managed a £22.8m DFID off-grid renewable energy programme in Mozambique (involving partner, risk and legal management, and budget development), and led on the corporate compliance to FCDO’s supplier code of conduct which included designing and embedding approaches to safeguarding and ethical behaviour. I facilitated group discussions and conducted 1:1 informal interviews to better understand the Local Government’s capacity in Gulu and Amolatar, and successes and frustrations with the implementation of the NDP. Based on the field research and further investigation I developed international comparison case studies, analysing National Plans in 6 other developing countries.
