Leave management -Worked closely with the CGO to reduce the company’s leave liability which has saved the company $100,000 and unified the leave policy across all markets that we operate in.
HRIS (Bamboo HR)- Set up leave policies in the system and ensured that over 400 employees were credited with the correct leave balances during the system migration.
Employee Documents Digitization-Spearheaded employee data digitization project and ensured that all employee documents were scanned and uploaded to Bamboo (HRIS).
