- Starting off Silanga farm as a plain open grassland field and transforming it into an outstanding agribusiness profitably running with horticultural produce for both local and international markets as well as a smoothly running dairy section.
- 10 % forest coverage of Silanga farms totaling 400 acres
- Introduction of long term water harvesting measures such as water pans for use to ensure seamless crop production.
- Introduced landscaping to go along farm activities to create a beautiful working environment
- Started trainings on health and safety program at the farm
