Summary

I am a professional Nurse/ Counsellor who is passionate about my work for the total well being of individuals..

As a counsellor, seeing people overcome their stressful situations and emerge without any mental health challenges gives me the drive to reach out and give my best to individuals in need.

I apply different counselling techniques and theories on a case by case basis while maintaining confidentiality with clients for their well being.

However, there are situations where I refer clients depending on their needs like a minor with suicidal ideation, a family member has to be involved in therapy as their support system.
