  • As pond supervisor: I have achieved with Victory Farms a milestone of 17,500,000 pieces of fingerlings transferred to the lake cages in a month with a constant pond nursery survival of 85% running for 2 years.
  • I have attained the highest egg production of above 4.5g/m2 running for 5 months consecutively.
  • I have been in charge of community ponds which are partners with Victory Farms and in this capacity, I have spearheaded the highest production of eggs which translates to the best return to the community pond owners.
  • Certificate for completing basic First Aid Training.
  • July 2019-Documentary with KTN Farmers on importance of mangrove forest conservation.
