Digital transformation

• As a vital member of Farmworks Africa's Technology Team, I have been instrumental in driving the company's digital transformation journey. In my role as a Business Intelligence Analyst, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and develop a robust application ecosystem. This system serves as the backbone for collecting and synthesizing diverse data streams encompassing agricultural, sourcing, logistics, pack house, and sales data.
• Embracing Agile and Kanban methodologies, our team fosters an environment of collaboration and adaptability, ensuring that our solutions evolve in tandem with the ever-changing demands of the agricultural landscape. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we have successfully streamlined data collection processes, enabling real-time insights and informed decision-making for stakeholders at every level of the organization.

Data Architecture Development

• Within the Technology Team, I have played a pivotal role in shaping Farmworks Africa's data architecture framework. By leveraging tools such as Big Query(Google Cloud Services) and SQL, I work the ingestion and storage of data from various sources into our designed data warehouses. This process not only ensures data integrity and accessibility but also lays the foundation for advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Using Looker Studio, I orchestrate the aggregation and visualization of data, transforming raw information into actionable insights. Through intuitive dashboards and interactive reports, I help stakeholders come up with valuable insights into key performance metrics and trends. Moreover, I facilitate collaborative discussions and decision-making sessions, guiding teams towards data-driven strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

• Conducting Managed coordination of central planning forecasts, overseeing projection model that facilitated collaboration between Sourcing Team, Pack House, and Sales teams. This model was instrumental in forecasting daily product quantities for all business units needed for ensuring business profitability.
• Conducting weekly and monthly revenue analysis to evaluate performance of two business units on per-product and per-grade basis within time-series context
• Conducting daily stock monitoring and issuing stock alerts to promptly inform teams about excess inventory and deficiencies, both within markets and Pack House
• Performing customer analysis to assess profiles of new, active, and dormant customers across various markets

• Maintaining inventory integrity by reconciling inventory records and consistently updating loadings information from KPC portal
• Forecasting oil product aging dates, allowing for effective inventory management and minimizing wastage
• Analyzed statistical data and reports to determine trends in performance
