This was an award to recognize my contribution towards Successfully Lobbying the Communication Authority of Kenya to charge at half rate all spectrum fees for transmission spectrum in Rural areas. As a consequence the company saved USD.4.13million

  • Planning and design of the Point-to-Multipoint transmission Systems (Ericsson MMDS for Two cities in Kenya, and Marconi LMDS for Nairobi City).
  • Prepared evaluated and awarded tenders for Dark Optical fibre & Metro Fibre service Providers.

  • Project managed the implementation of Safaricom's first and second International gateways and National VSAT hubs.
