Training of Children , swimming and playing piano

Every child is unique, so it's essential to adapt strategies and approaches accordingly. I have learnt this over time as I relate and interact with them. I have learnt to give my all in any task assigned to me.

Swimming:

  • Start with water familiarity: Before actual swimming lessons, it's essential for children to feel comfortable in the water. Begin with activities like splashing, blowing bubbles, and getting their faces wet.
  • Teach basic skills: Once they are comfortable, start teaching fundamental skills like floating, kicking, and arm movements. Use aids like floats or kickboards to assist them initially.
  • Practice safety: Teach them about water safety rules, such as not running near the pool, not swimming alone, and how to call for help if needed.

Playing Piano:

  • Basic theory and technique: Start with teaching them about the piano layout, notes, and basic finger exercises to develop dexterity.
  • Simple songs: Introduce simple songs with easy melodies that they can learn gradually. Focus on proper hand placement and posture.
  • Practice regularly: Encourage regular practice sessions to build muscle memory and improve skills. Short, consistent practices are often more effective than long, sporadic ones.
  • Provide constructive feedback: Offer feedback on their playing, highlighting areas of improvement while also acknowledging their progress
