Transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interactions using proprietary transcription tools in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.
Perform quality assurance monitoring on IVR and/or Live Caller applications to ensure call quality and efficiency.
Complete strategic transcription/monitoring/marking projects as requested
Maintain the DNC list in accordance with company policy.
Escalate member reports of Adverse Events to the appropriate PM/SC as necessary
Escalate negative and/or life-threatening comments to the appropriate PM/SC as necessary.
Finish coordinator's daily assignments.

Assist with transcriptionist selection for various jurisdictions as required (liaising with other TCs and Transcription Manager)
Follow orders setup procedures for various jurisdictions.
Create necessary directories prior to commencement of transcript assignments.
Create heading pages for transcripts.
Create labels for transcript distribution via email or hard copy.
Transcript delivery as required for hardcopies/email.
Ad hoc transcription and/or monitoring as required.
Self-review/proof-read work to ensure that it is free from grammatical and spelling errors and that the notes succinctly capture the salient points discussed.
Send the minutes for review to the Analysts and make any necessary amendments some of the tasks and responsibilities read as duplicates.
Load final version of notes to research management system.

Conducting thorough in-house research on companies' business models, market. prospects, strategy, competitive landscape, and financials.
Help and assist with various department needs.
Update and maintain files in computer database.
Log live show as well as answer questions in real time.
Handle log organizing for management.
Research for various production needs.
Assist with scheduling meetings in calendar.
