Project :Empowerment of Urban Refugee Women.

• Collaborated with stakeholders ,senior leadership team to implement special projects, increasing program and organizational capacities by 50%

Project: Roysambu Youth Empowerment /YouthWorks & Purpose project responding to Sexual &Gender Based Violence in Emergencies of COVID 19.

• Worked with stakeholders to ensure that key training meets standard required to facilitate and provide knowledge and skills set on economic empowerment initiatives and practices.
• Supported parents/caregivers to create stimulating learning environments for youths by engaging them actively in education support groups.
• Guided personal development and career through life skills/ guidance helping youths identify skills, interests, and inspirations.
• Addressed youths educational challenges by actively maintaining effective communication with them and organizing mentorship follow-up sessions in which other peer challenges were tackled.

Project: Mathare Area Program Designing

• Provided technical assistance to field project team and stakeholders in designing, planning, and program design.
• Participated in designing Mathare Area Program from conception to completion and its activities implementation plan.
• Organized and Mobilized 126 community conversations & 2 baseline surveys from conception to its 100% successful execution.
• Scheduled and supervised stakeholders & community leaders mapping discuss meetings and update participants on program details and milestones.
• Kept program-related documentation ,data accurate & reports up-to-date and easily accessible for accessibility to MEAL Personnel.

Project: HIV/AIDS Home-Based Care Program

• Supported planing and coordination of project activities with team members for ease of operation.
• Collected project data per specified mechanisms and tools and submit project coordinator for approval.
• Ensured accurate and timely reporting of all assigned project activities per project standards and established schedules.
• Facilitated community-based outreach activities in partnership with Community Health Extension Workers.
• Monitoring and reporting any challenges and/or gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedule.
• Managed over 150 Vulnerable families who were direct di beneficiaries hence increasing project impact by 80% .

Project: Watoto Tusome Program- UNICEF Project Increasing Retention of Out of School Children Back to School.

• Participated in stakeholder review meetings to discuss progress, challenges and lessons learned and adopt activity implementation plans.
• Trained Psychosocial Support Life skills training for out-of-school forming peer-to-peer dialogue forums in target schools ensuring dialogue discussions occur as per work plan.
• Screened activities within project through regular visits, timely collection of data and evaluation of implementation successes and challenges.
• Monitored over 10,000 peer educators & sensitization and dialogue sessions in Kasarani, Dagoretti & Embakasi Sub -Counties increasing project goal by 80%.
  Worked with Stakeholders in the community to ensure all out-of-school children are enrolled in schools.
• Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports based on project deliverables.
• Monitored schedules to verify project completion on schedule and within approved cost limitations.

Project : HIV/AIDS Outreach program
