Business Development & Client Acquisition: Prospect and onboard new corporate and individual clients for retirement schemes (Pension, Provident Funds, Personal Plans), consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets.
Proposal Preparation & RFP Management: Develop detailed, compliant, and competitive retirement benefit proposals in response to formal RFPs and client requests. Coordinate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with CIC’s offerings and RBA regulations.

Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the primary advisor for corporate schemes, ensuring high retention through regular service reviews, performance reporting, and proactive client communication.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure all scheme documentation and processes adhere to the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) guidelines and CIC’s internal compliance standards, facilitating smooth benefit claims and withdrawals.

• As a Finance Associate at CIHEB-Kenya I performed budgeting management, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and I handled financial transactions efficiently.

• As an asset management and deal sourcing extern at Colton Alexander, I gained hands-on experience in analyzing global companies' business, financial, and marketing models dedicated to combating climate change, gaining valuable skills such as research skills, analytical skills, improved presentation and communication abilities, strengthened time management, and self-motivation.

• My internship at Kenya Commercial Bank as a Business Analyst Intern I honed my skills in profitability analysis, variance analysis, budget management, data analysis, and financial statement analysis. This role required me to perform in-depth analysis and reporting, which enhanced my ability to monitor and evaluate financial performance effectively. Additionally, my experience as an accounts payable intern at Kenya Commercial Bank involved handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This role developed my proficiency in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

• I helped clients access trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, bank guarantees, SBLC etc. I further performed, evaluation of trade transactions, managing financial risks, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position required a high level of financial oversight and attention to compliance with financial regulations, which enhanced my understanding of accounting practices and risk management.

• As a finance intern, I performed the following roles: Mileage calculations, and Preparation of work plans. I also helped in budget preparation.
