- Training of the enumerators
- Liaising with NGAOS on boundary identification and other matters
- To ensure all materials for training and actual census are available tpo the enumerators
- Checking and helping the enumerators during the exercise period
- Conducting the re-interviews
- Collecting all the materials assigned to each enumerator
- Review the data of the enumerator before its sent to the server
