Quality of Care (QoC) Lead, Third Party Monitoring (TPM) for DFID's WISH Project, Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa.

• Expert Leadership: Served as the QoC expert for the Third Party Monitoring of the DFID flagship global women's sexual and reproductive health project (WISH) across Francophone Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Standards Monitoring: Oversaw the adherence of WISH Implementing Partners (IPs) to clinical standards and rights-based approaches in family planning (FP) services.
• Guideline Evaluation: Assessed compliance with WHO FP guidelines, focusing on counseling, infection prevention, pain management, minimizing adverse events, and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, including youth and clients with disabilities.
• GBV Response Assessment: Evaluated FP service provider initiatives to prevent and respond to gender-based violence (GBV).
• Data Collection & Reporting: Designed tools and conducted primary data collection, analysis, and reporting of qualitative findings from in-depth and key informant interviews with WISH implementing partners and healthcare workers, including midwives, nurses, and community health workers. Reports were submitted to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
• Country Analysis Leadership: Successfully led the QoC component of country analyses, including data collection, supervision of enumerators, and reporting on WISH-supported initiatives in the DRC, Cameroon, Madagascar, Burundi, Niger, Senegal, and Mali.

• Conceptualized and launched a global think tank led by African and Diaspora women, aimed at advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and Belonging for women and adolescent girls with unique identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and individuals with disabilities.
• Established ATF Consulting Limited, a boutique consulting firm based in Kenya, providing a global client base with DEI organizational audits, strategy development, and capacity-building services.
• Curated a roster of diverse consultants specializing in Gender Integration, Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), GBV prevention and response, Early Childhood Development, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL).
• Organized and facilitated critical conversations, including the 2020 Women and Girls Africa Summit, addressing topics such as intersectional feminism, police brutality, and GBV, while also preparing to launch the BRIGHT initiative to create safe spaces for at-risk Black adolescent girls.
• Authored and published numerous critical reflections on intersectional gender disparities amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic, analyses of the African American maternal mortality crisis, and reports on the global rise of femicide and GBV in Africa.Research, & Learning (MERL).

• Senior management team member of Kantar Public Division, Africa responsible for the design and implementation of business development (BD) processes and systems. Mobilized approximately $850K of research funding to the Africa region.
• Regional gender technical lead: gender specialist on relevant research and evaluation studies including UNICEF Tanzania Maternal Child Health Endline Evaluation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-Ogilvy UK gender researcher and moderator of Kenya based listening sessions of feminist activists, and women's empowerment advocates.
• Manager of Senegal-based Francophone West Africa research team. Conducted regional Business Development strategy mapping of research in the region including capture planning, landscape analysis and day-to day HR, operational support to lead research managers.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Led corporate initiative in Kenya to empower women within the organization. Facilitated session for Kantar's women in Kenya (88 women) participated. Included pre-workshop survey design, and buy in from corporate leaders for the initiative.

• Gender and M&E Specialist in Knowledge and Evidence Hub within the Gender Section. Developed toolkit to operationalize UNICEF's global Gender Action Plan 2018-2021 focused on mainstreaming gender targeted priorities including on adolescent health, ending GBVie, increasing access to education, and improving overall health outcomes for girls and boys.
• Conducted Gender Programmatic Review of UNICEF Sierra Leone -developed report to strengthen adolescent and gender programming in preparation for new country strategic period.
• Led mapping of intermediate indicators for UNICEF-UNFPA Joint Programme to End Child Marriage global initiative focused on 12 high-prevalence countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
• Conducted midterm progress methodological review to inform the field of practitioners working to end child marriage on a global scale. Specifically global health initiatives including HIV/AIDS, WASH, and Family Planning to determine modalities of measuring midterm progress, and developing a list proxy indicators with proposed data collection and management recommendations.
• Developed guidance to conduct analyses with a gender lens to design country-level outputs specifically: Country Situation Analysis, Barriers & Bottlenecks, Theories of Change, Country Program Management Plan, and within the Country Program Development planning, implementation, reporting and resourcing cycles.

• Country Officer for Côte d'Ivoire (2014-2015) Served as Award Manager for PEPFAR-CDC funded Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) and Community Based Organizations (CBO) Strengthening OVC projects being implemented in Côte d'Ivoire with combined budget worth over $10M Conducted donor reporting review and quality assurance in collaboration with SI&E backstop for donor reporting Providing quality assurance and led development of Continuation Applications, interim and external Annual Reports.
• Provided technical guidance to field-based M&E Managers and teams to ensure quality assurance in USG donor reporting, and strengthen M&E systems with a specialization in quality improvement for PEPFAR funded HIV/AIDS projects in Kenya, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and DRC for over 1,000 sites combined.
• Led design of M&E frameworks and performance management plans for winning USG new business proposals worth over $160M.
• Led global quality improvement (QI) technical guidance for Francophone portfolio supporting a team of clinicians to design over 70 QI projects in Côte d'Ivoire improving health outcomes in early infant diagnosis of HIV, improving 6-12 month retention rates of HIV+ pregnant women on treatment, and improving viral suppression.
• Led numerous QI trainings for over 100 project field-based staff in Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire and DRC to improve quality of care of USG funded HIV/AIDS projects.
• Co-authored journal articles published externally in Haba na Haba Journal issue distributed at IAS Paris, 2017.

• Led global program management for global health projects focused on improving health outcomes by increasing reproductive health, family planning, and MNCH initiatives implemented in West and Central Africa.
• Provided leadership in donor engagement for projects being supported by CDC-PEPFAR, USAID, Global Fund, and KFW Award Management

UNICEF-supported NGO-Community-Based Local Language Human Rights Centered Education Program

• Program Support: Contributed to a UNICEF-funded initiative aimed at eliminating Female Genital Cutting (FGC) and child marriage through community-based, local language education.
• Quality Assurance: Conducted donor program reviews to strengthen narratives of program accomplishments with donors in communities based in Senegal, Gambia, Mauritania, Guinea, and Somaliland.
• Strategic Assistance: Collaborated with the Executive Director to implement the organizational plan, ensuring effective program rollout and community engagement.
• Story Development: Created compelling narratives to highlight success stories from community members, including former cutters, showcasing the impact of abandoning FGC and promoting education.
