  • Assisted CMA uganda to build staff capacity on risk based supervision, including participating in a workshop to guide them on developing a risk profiling tool
  • Represented CMA Kenya in the EAC risk based supervision implementation committee where my responsibility was to guide the consultants on Kenyan securities market practices and structure having been chosen as the benchmark for the East Africa region
