M&E Contract Management:
• Negotiated and managed the Evaluation, Learning & Monitoring Initiative, a 3rd party monitoring contract worth $24 million and previously the Manager for Somalia Program Support Services 7-year contract, worth $28 million.
• Designed and managed various task orders under umbrella Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.
• Provided technical support to technical teams and Implementing Partners (IPs) in developing activity level monitoring, evaluation, and learning plans (AMELPs) as well as learning plans, ensuring their implementation is aligned to United States Government (USG) strategic goals.
• Reviewed activity annual work plans (AWPs) to ensure alignment with AMELPs and that activity implementation can be effectively monitored, and results assessed.
• Prepared scopes of work and terms of reference for activity evaluations.


Learning Priorities and Agenda:
• Coordinated the formulation and review of the Mission's monitoring, evaluation and learning products to ensure they respond to Mission's strategic goals.
• Set up forums with IPs and other stakeholders to discuss the mission's learning priorities and gather inputs on the learning agenda.

• Coordinated the assembling of learning and knowledge products generated from IPs and key stakeholders, with a focus on efficient dissemination and utilization of the products.
• Co-facilitated Collaboration, Learning and Adapting (CLA) workshops with technical teams.

Program/Project Performance Management and Reporting:
• Managed the maintenance and usage of the Mission's Performance Management Plan and prepared and submitted Mission data to the Agency-wide Performance Plan and Report, the Operational Plan and Congressional Budget Justification, among other routine reporting streams.
• Monitored IPs performance and progress towards meeting the set-out goals and objectives, while conforming to the technical and quality standards specified in contractual agreements.
• Worked closely will all IPs to ensure environmental and engineering compliance of all development projects.
• Contributed to the development of training materials for engineering architectural and environmental compliance workshops and tracked environmental compliance actions.
• Supported the planning and strategy development of Somalia programming and worked closely with technical teams and IPs to ensure compliance and alignment to the Mission's strategic goals.

Data Quality Assessments (DQA):
• Coordinated the Mission's DQA process, including identifying indicators due for DQA, scheduling and communicating expected assessments, developing tools, training stakeholders, reviewing DQA submissions, and following up on DQA recommendations.
• Reviewed annual, quarterly and weekly reports from IPs and ensured accurate performance data reporting well aligned to the mission's needs and strategic plans.

Stakeholder Engagement – USG Inter-Agency, Host Government Engagement:
• Worked closely with key Washington Bureaus in annual funding and results reporting of key program achievements.
