  • Provides specialist People & Culture Management support to the Directors, Programme and Project Leaders and provides leadership, support, and coordination to the Field-based People & Culture team across a range of locations (Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mozambique, Zambia); Ensures P&C/People Development staff the eastern and southern countries have the capacity, knowledge and performance to deliver on the relevant objectives of the Strategic Plan
