• Spearheaded the development of 50+ graduate trainees, 70+ apprentices and 300+ attachment students over a period of 8 years
• Assessed skills gaps for national employees and developed training courses to mee identified needs.
• Tested all training software and training aids prior to commencing training programs.
• Coordinated ongoing technical training and personal development programs for national staff.
• Selected and assigned instructors to conduct specific training programs.
• Developed courses and coordinated the annual training on the safety management systems aspects.
