Accomplishments

  • Set up of accounting software and maintained proper accounts for Eastern Coatings and Chemicals Limited indicating an annual minimal profit from a loss carried forward the previous audited accounts. I trained my department staff of 2 on QuickBooks use and maintaining proper accounts to that showed accurate financial position of the company both assets and liability.
  • As the Inventory Controller introduced both stock and fleet management showing stock process and procedures on purchases orders, collections, restocking and circulation. This helped in time, productions and reduced fuel costs. Also, I trained my staff of 4 on the use of IT (Introduction, Windows, MS Office and Sage Pastel) shifting from manual store keeping to computerised system for more efficiency.
