  • Production of award-winning wine that increased from 20,000 bottles to 70,000 bottles per annum-this involves Stabilization and filtration of wine for bottling.
  • Flavour preservation while Processing grapes that increased from 20 tonnes to 100 tonnes per annum. Grape varieties include Sauvignon blanc, Chenin blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet sauvignon.
  • Development and implementation of winery & distillery SOPs to ensure smooth operations
  • Setting up of winery and distillery lab for quality control
