Led a team of finance and support functions to ensure that the business operations were supported as efficiently as possible. Charged with ensuring sound financial controls exist in the business. Collaboration with Internal and external auditors , compliance teams , external consultants in ensuring that controls were implemented and operating effectively.
Examine and analyze company and group's records and financial documents. Identify issues like compliance concerns, risks, fraud, and data inaccuracies. Reporting on all findings after the reviews are done. Reporting to the Board Audit and Risk committee on high risk matters that requires attention of the board.
Financial review of records to give a true and fair view of the business operations. This was assignment based and client based. Led teams to execute Audits of various clients in several sectors including Banking , Insurance and Manufacturing.
