Monitoring and supervision of implementation of Health development projects and infrastructure.

Implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety and outcomes.

Oversee inspection for registration and licensure of healthcare facilities in collaboration with regulatory boards and councils to ensure maintenance of health standards

Monitor and supervise generation and utilization of health facility improvement financing in line with established policies, laws and regulations.

Monitor and supervise implementation of donor funding to ensure accountability and effective utilization of funds.

Coordinate procurement processes for equipment, supplies and services needed for facility operations.

Coordination of digital infrastructure and HMIS to ensure quality data.

Plan, monitor and evaluate implementation of development projects and maintenance of health infrastructure in collaboration with other sectors to ensure quality and efficient health service provision.

Co-ordination of all health services and activities in Sub-County in Nairobi County. This includes provision of both curative and preventive services in the entire Sub-County.

Management of staff performance, supervision, discipline, redeployments coaching and training to improve on output.

Support supervision of health facilities in Sub-County Unit in Nairobi County.

Conducting ward rounds, emergency and cold surgical cases at Level 4 Health Facility.

Overall management of level 4 hospital to ensure delivery of quality healthcare services to clients/patients.
