Ø Establishment of a Safe House/Rescue Centre for girls who are survivors of cultural & GBV in Laikipia North

Ø Establishment of a child and women friendly health centre in Doldol

Ø Rescue and rehabilitation of more than 2000 girls from FGM, Child Marriage and Samburu beading

Ø Education sponsorship to 502 OVCs, boys and girls allover Laikipia county

Ø Acquired 13 acres of land from the government for the establishment of the girls’ rescue Centre

Summary of Duty Functions

Ø Assist in ensuring that the activities of the organization are well thought out in advance and planned within the context of UNCRC, Children’s Act and other international conventions/declarations on the rights of the child.

Ø Assist the Executive Director to plan and facilitate training of all Branch staff and partners on Child Rights, abuse, ARH, protection and child participation

Ø Community mobilization in support of OVC care and programming and gender and Development programming

Ø Mobilizing adolescents and youth, Coordinate and supervise the implementation of adolescent and youth reproductive health friendly services, behavior change communication and mobile theatre activities

Ø Scrutinizing and verify all applications and reports on foster and adoption and prepare final submissions to the relevant authorities in accordance with existing national and international rules and procedures

I love travelling in and outside the country,picnics ,singing and dancing is my medicine when i am stressed. I can drive the whole day and wake up very energetic tomorrow for more driving,alone of in company.It helps me discover new areas,sites and beauty of our country and new cultures.


I do a lot of volunteering especially in matters charity work,community development and life saving.
