Accomplishments

Accomplishments

I am able to utilize my strong data analytical skills to assess the needs of the community, resulting in implementation of community programs through monitoring and evaluation such as training, training with a view to adding value to the society at large, community conversations, exchange programs, trade and exhibitions and resource mobilization. This led to increase in community engagement by 95%. I led a team of 12 people in developing community awareness campaign utilizing my networking skills in participating of local events.

Additionally, I wrote and secured a grant to the local government, showcasing proficiency in grant writing and effective communication with the relevant stakeholders to support the community. This enabled us to do trade and exhibition for the local residents.
