• Successfully coordinated the disposal of a shopping centre which involved reviewing settlement statements to ensure accuracy, land tax, tenancy late payments, and booking disposal journals into the system.

Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, I directly/indirectly managed a team of 3 and was primarily responsible for the financial management of Macquarie Shopping Centre while undergoing a $AUD470 Million redevelopment, working closely with Centre teams to provide all necessary support to asset, property, management, accounting, and development teams, ensuring timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis to allow informed decision-making. The role also included other retail properties in NSW.

• Directly oversaw financial performance/controls of allocated shopping centres including high-quality
  delivery of all reporting requirements to investors.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and National Finance Manager, this was a 6-month secondment cover that involved the management of a team of 4 part qualified and qualified accountants and was responsible for the financial management of all Office, Industrial, and Retail assets located in QLD state (portfolio valued at more than $AUD1.8 billion with NOI of over $AUD100mil)

The portfolio also included 2 active property developments worth over $AUD230 Million as well as future property development of 3 shopping centers that required active feasibility and forecast assessment.

• Raised the profile of the Sydney Head Office finance team amongst QLD-based operational staff and our JV Partners.
