Sendy offers two core products to it's customers.

Sendy Supply is an FMCG B2B e-commerce marketplace that connects mini marts to manufacturers across Africa enabling them to restock their shelves faster, cheaper and more often using buy now pay later credit and Sendy Fulfillment that provides social commerce, e-commerce and Business to retail end to end fulfillment services encompassing warehousing, payment collection, pick, pack and ship through a network of 3rd party partner assets including vehicles, fulfillment centers and last mile pick up and drop off locations.

  • Led the alignment of the Sendy product vision, strategy and roadmap with the overall business strategy focused on driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure synchronisation of agile release trains across the product teams to ensure program objectives are met across each iteration and larger program increments.
  • I lead a team of 6 product managers who work closely with design, engineering, growth and data within squads/pods to create, develop, and refine innovative & compelling user-centric experience solutions that meet the business, project, and design goals.
  • I build and grow exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and enabling them to bring products to market.
  • As an individual contributor, I run my own squad that specializes on customer facing products in collaboration with other squads.
