• Lead the Multi-Agency Regional Supply Chain Technical Working Group and Regional ISC team, coordinating 8 partner agencies / 5 staffs across polio, supply, planning, and WASH.
• Directed 10+ Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) assessments and improvement plans, facilitating 3 global and regional trainings.
• Oversaw CCEOP roll-out in 15 countries, enabling procurement and deployment of 25,000+ cold chain equipment, alongside cold room mapping, temperature studies, and equipment disposal.
• Mobilized resources including $15M from the Government of Japan (supporting 15 countries) and Africa CDC’s SLL project.
• Championed regional innovations including HFSE, HCWM, DRIVE, and solarization of health facilities in Ethiopia, Uganda, and Zambia, while significantly contributing to the establishment of Regional Resource Centers in Kigali and Lilongwe.

• Led Multiple LTAs including CCEOP LTA (Technically) through preparation of tender documents, contribution to procurement strategy development
• Managed multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintained comprehensive documentation of technical processes, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
• Provided customer support to countries resolving complex technical issues with effective communication skills.

Contributed to the development of Specifications for multiple tenders including LTAs

• Material Owner for 5 product categories and 50 + cold chain equipment products
• Led the establishment of mini showroom for cold chain equipment in Supply division (Copenhagen)
• Managed Multiple complaints from countries through Quality Assurance center through analysis of (Root Cause) and finding corrective and preventive solutions
• Established effective communication channels between technical teams and contracting team ensuring seamless collaboration during project execution.

• Led Vaccine Management Assessments in Uganda, Namibia, Malawi, and Zambia with UNICEF, WHO, and Ministries of Health, covering multiple facilities/districts using EVM 1.0 tool.
• Led a 25 million cold chain rehabilitation plan development and roll out in Ethiopia
• Provided technical support to Ethiopia’s Federal MoH on cold chain management, overseeing installation and maintenance, Cold Chain inventories, and temperature studies.
• Directed training programs for 50+ session for technicians and logisticians], building national cold chain management capacity.
• Supported vaccine forecasting, distribution, and campaign logistics for polio, measles, and TT campaigns reaching [X] million children].
• Guided new vaccine introductions through cold chain assessments and health worker training.
