my roles are diverse and extensive. One of my key responsibilities is to ensure that the guest rooms are clean and comfortable. This involves changing the bed linen and making the beds to perfection, so that guests feel refreshed and rejuvenated after a good night's sleep. Additionally, I am responsible for replacing used towels and replenishing bath care products, such as soap and shampoo, so that guests can feel pampered and refreshed during their stay.

Another important role that I play is in maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning public areas, like corridors. These tasks require a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

In addition to these roles, I am also responsible for restocking beverages and food items in the mini-bar, so that guests have access to refreshments whenever they need them.
