    1. Team leader in development and roll-out of compliance programmes by listed companies, market intermediaries and other entities regulated by the Capital Markets Authority.

    in the review and licensing of EABX Public Company Limited as an Over- The-Counter Securities (OTC) Exchange in January 2024.

    2. Led the CMA team in the review and approval of several corporate bond issuances including, EABL (Kes. 11B), Family Bank (Kes. 8B), KMRC (Kes.10.5B), Acorn (Kes.5.7Bn) as well as LapTrust I-REIT and Linzi Sukuk.

    3. Led the CMA team in the implementation of the coffee reforms including the approval of Nairobi Coffee Exchange, licensing of coffee brokers and approval of a Direct Settlement System for settlement of sale proceeds direct to coffee growers.

    4. Team leader in the implementation of the Code of Corporate Governance Code and Stewardship Code and recalibration of supervisory tools leading to enhanced risk management practices amongst market intermediaries and issuers of securities.

    5. Team leader in the review leading to the approval of the upgraded Nairobi Securities Exchange Automated Trading System and the new Central Depository & Settlement Corporation Central Securities Depository System.

    6. Project leader in the drafting of various legislative instruments including amendments to the Capital Markets Act and Central Depositories Act as well as several subsidiary legislation from 2009 to 2016. Notably, Corporate Governance for both issuers and intermediaries, REITs, Derivatives Markets, AML/CFT, Conduct of Business, among others.

    7. Team player in the demutualization of Nairobi Securities Exchange.

    8. Project leader in the harmonization of the capital markets legal and regulatory frameworks for the East African Community.
